Introduction of new type grinding roll assembly Clirik micro powder grinding mill is mainly used in grinding conventional materials ,like non-flammable materials with humidity less than 8%, Mohs hardness below 6, such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, talc, marble, barite, gypsum, iron oxide red, iron oxide green, aluminum hydroxide, pigment, bentonite, pottery clay, etc. The new type of grinding roll assembly changes the traditional structure, with various means of sealing, getting rid of three defects of old assembly, like oil leak, dust coming in, and disalignment. Several advantages of the new type assembly: 1. No oil leak: it is not necessary to add oil every shift but add a little lubricating oil every three days or a week. 2. High degree of sealing: the dust is not easy to enter into the assembly in the process of product, thus prolonging the service life of the bearings. 3. In the process of product, it is possible to adjust the bearing clearance according to the wearing degree of assembly bearing, ensuring the concentricity of the upper and lower bearings. The bearings can be used continuously for more than 10 months. 4. The new type of roll assembly extends the period of maintenance,and reduces the strength of repairment and productive costs, also improves productive efficiency, and brings considerable economic benefits to the users. Working principle: Clirik micro powder grinding mill mainly consists of main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder. After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator, and then evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe. When the grinding mill is at work, the main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main equipment through reducer, and all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring channels driving by dial through plunger. The materials are driven to the edge of the turn plate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers. Then the materials fall into multiple layers and to be crushed and ground continuously to micro powder. The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air within the grinding mill and, in turn, the airflow with crushed materials are brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector. Most of the qualified powders will fall and exit from the discharging valve at the bottom; a small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moves to the dust cleaner, and clings to the surface of the filter bags. At the same time, the fine powders clinging to the surface fall down by the sudden vibration of the filter bags, which is caused by the instantly ejected high-pressure gas controlled by the pulse valve. The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor at the bottom to get finished powders packed. In addition, filtered clean air will be emitted from the air outlet of muffler in the end.
