High pressure suspension stone grinding mill updates its grinding system

High pressure suspension grinding mill is also called Raymond mill. The granularity of te finished powder size is usually below 1000mesh; Clirik's high pressure suspension stone grinding mill has been upgrated its grinding system.

High pressure suspension grinding machine mainly consist of main unit, classifier, powder collector, induced draft fna, muffler, sound-proof room, crushser, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrting feeder. It is suitable for grinding various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Moh's hardness less than 9.3 and humidity less than 6%.

The newest grinding system of high pressure suspension grinding mill:

1. Adopted new vertical pendulum roller. The grinding roller and grinding ring are in balance, which could contact grinding area. The height between grinding roller and grinding ring is added from 160mm to 200mm, which expand the grinding surface.

2. The classifier is adopted turbine classifier. The granularity of the finished powder size is between 80mesh to 800mesh.

3. Pneumatic conveying and finished product collection system is updated to negative pressure & secondary dust collection high efficiency dust collector, which make product collecting more thoroughly.
